Louis Vuitton Global Talent Acquisition Projects Coordinator Intern

- Foster collaboration within the global talent acquisition community by onboarding new joiners and inviting Subject Matter Experts to share best practices.
- Assist in coordinating Recruitment Capabilities & Upskilling projects and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) implementation among global entities and external partners.
- Support the creation of on-brand presentations for internal communication of global projects.
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Application Tracking System (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Core HR System to clean and analyze data for community engagement and project management.
- Collaborate on transversal projects within the Global Talent Acquisition team.
- Final year of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship or work experience in Project Management, Communication, Employer Branding, Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Passion and curiosity for HR and Talent Acquisition
- Strong research and analytical skills

- Fluency in English
Entry-level experience, suitable for candidates with previous internships or work experience in relevant fields.
