1. Foster collaboration within the global talent acquisition community by onboarding new joiners and inviting Subject Matter Experts to share best practices.
2. Assist in coordinating Recruitment Capabilities & Upskilling projects and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) implementation among global entities and external partners.
3. Support the creation of on-brand presentations for internal communication of global projects.
4. Leverage tools such as Excel, Application Tracking System (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Core HR System to clean and analyze data for community engagement and project management.
5. Collaborate on transversal projects within the Global Talent Acquisition team.

1. Final year of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Previous internship or work experience in Project Management, Communication, Employer Branding, Marketing, HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.

Entry-level experience, suitable for candidates with previous internships or work experience in relevant fields.

Final year of a Master’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Hybrid work mode with 2 days per month remote work after one month of seniority.
