1. Foster collaboration within the global talent acquisition community by integrating new members and facilitating the sharing of best practices.
2. Contribute to the coordination of recruitment capacity-building projects and the implementation of the global employee value proposition.
3. Support the creation of branded presentations for internal communication of global projects.
4. Utilize tools such as Excel, ATS, LMS, and central HR systems for data management and analysis to support community engagement and project management.
5. Collaborate on cross-functional projects within the global talent acquisition team.

1. Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

8. Fluent in English

Internship or professional experience in project management, communication, employer branding, marketing, HR, talent acquisition, or related fields.

Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
