1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global security strategy tailored to the luxury sector's unique challenges.
2. Identify and assess security risks related to sites, stores, events, employees, and products.
3. Establish international protection standards for boutiques in collaboration with the architecture department.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly for major projects.
5. Develop prevention plans and specific procedures, including crisis management and threat handling.
6. Oversee the security of strategic sites, including headquarters, stores, warehouses, and workshops.
7. Safeguard the brand's interests during public and private events.
8. Coordinate security protocols for fashion shows with event teams.
9. Manage crises such as intrusions, thefts, natural disasters, and demonstrations.
10. Lead and support the team of Security Managers.
11. Train and coordinate internal security teams and manage external partners, including security firms and government agencies.
12. Define security standards for various business units in partnership with internal teams.
13. Develop training plans for store personnel on security issues, including exceptional situations.
14. Conduct audits and vulnerability studies to maintain high security levels.
15. Implement performance indicators to evaluate security measures' effectiveness.
16. Promote the use of innovative technologies such as video surveillance and AI.
17. Develop strategies to minimize unknown shrinkage in stores and other brand activities.

1. Master's degree in security, risk management, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international luxury industry context.
3. Proven experience in crisis management and multicultural team coordination.
4. In-depth knowledge of international security and safety standards and regulations.
5. Leadership skills with the ability to unite international teams.
6. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills in demanding environments.
7. Discretion, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset.
8. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
