1. Ensure the relevance and intuitiveness of product presentation across all retail tools, aligning with the brand's identity.
2. Collaborate with E-Merchandising and LV NEO teams to enhance product curation and in-store recommendations.
3. Support omnichannel capabilities in line with the brand's growth, working closely with Supply Chain and Digital teams.
4. Align in-store operations with evolving customer expectations for a seamless online and offline experience.
5. Partner with Merchandising to implement global retail initiatives, balancing ambition with practicality and productivity.
6. Advocate for retail operations, ensuring initiatives support and simplify in-store team functions.
7. Optimize payment processes and tools for security, efficiency, and customer convenience.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail performance or retail operations.
2. Fluency in English and French.

1. Ability to quickly comprehend IT architectures.
2. Knowledge of in-store tools.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
