- Define and lead the global digital merchandising strategy in alignment with brand vision and e-commerce objectives.
- Construct annual budgets by category, set performance goals, and identify growth levers including AI and personalization.
- Establish governance for product visibility across various digital touchpoints.
- Develop global best practices ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
- Evolve the model towards a performance and category management approach.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Marketing, Communication, Business Insights, and Supply Chain teams.
- Oversee end-to-end digital merchandising including launch planning, onsite execution, and continuous optimization.
- Ensure a seamless and premium product discovery experience online.
- Optimize assortment and inventory in collaboration with global and regional teams.
- Ensure quality and consistency of product content across platforms.
- Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization strategies to enhance performance.
- Activate digital marketing levers in coordination with relevant teams to maximize qualified traffic and omnichannel growth.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to analyze customer journeys and improve digital experiences.
- Define and manage KPIs for digital merchandising performance by category and region.
- Leverage data insights to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Produce strategic reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to innovation projects in product discovery and new business models.
- Develop automation and optimize data tools to enhance strategic value.
- Orchestrate visibility priorities and coordinate cross-category activations.
- Develop strong partnerships with global merchandising, communication, retail, and operations teams.
- Manage and develop a global digital merchandising team, structuring the organization and defining roles aligned with business priorities.
- Set objectives, support talent development, and manage resources and budgets for global initiatives.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, including at least 5 years in a senior strategic or managerial role.
- Proven experience in defining and executing global digital merchandising strategies that drive strong online growth and enhance brand image.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms, PIM, CMS, analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI), and CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into concrete business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of a global organization.
- Strategic mindset with a customer and results-oriented approach.
- Passion for luxury products and brand storytelling.
- Strong digital culture and deep understanding of supply chain, omnichannel, customer expectations, and emerging technologies (AI, personalization).
