- Develop and coach teams to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise, identifying areas for development and training needs.
- Collaborate with management to recruit and develop talent, ensuring robust succession plans.

- 7-10 years of relevant work experience.

- Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
Base salary range of USD $175,000-$185,000.
