4. Develop and maintain comprehensive product design documentation.

6. Design, execute, and monitor structured product testing frameworks.
7. Curate, manage, and continuously optimize prompt libraries for performance and scalability.
8. Support the design and delivery of user training programs to drive adoption and impact.
9. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance the overall user experience.
10. Actively support the lifecycle management of AI Agents, contributing to the design and implementation of innovative workflows.

1. Proven experience in product design, project management, or project support.
2. High sense of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
2. Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
3. Skilled in PowerPoint for effective presentations and structured documentation.
4. Knowledge of Python programming.
5. Familiarity with Vertex AI and/or Copilot Studio is a strong advantage.
6. Experience in independently building agents or workflows is highly desirable.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a focus on individuals who have a foundational understanding of product design and project management.
