1. Verify and record certification returns.
2. Scan, upload to PLM, name, classify certificates (diamonds and colors), and distribute to relevant stakeholders upon request.
3. Update obsolete certificates.
4. Manage price sheet consumption in libraries.
5. Implement information and photos in PLM for diamond and color purchases.
6. Verify weights of entrusted items to ensure accuracy in purchases.
7. Check supplier's submission of entrusted templates and proper notification of origins.
8. Conduct weekly follow-up on the In/Out entrusted process (diamonds and color).
9. Assist in scanning and photographing stones for special orders.
10. Aid in sorting color pavé and reading diamond engravings.

1. Pursuing or holding a diploma in gemology.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Familiarity with PowerBI.
3. Attention to detail, passion, and strong curiosity.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
