1. Analyze transactions and client behaviors for potential fraudulent activity.
2. Execute web and client service phone orders via the Fraud Digital Management program.
3. Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on identifying risk or fraud trends.
4. Serve as a point of contact for critical issues and support the team with urgent inquiries.
5. Proactively partner with the Fraud Team Lead and Manager to provide feedback and solutions.
6. Conduct analyses on Risk Management, Account Takeover, Fraud Rings, and Identity Theft.
7. Monitor fraud across the network.

1. 1-2 years of prior experience in fraud analysis.
2. Experience in a client-centric call center environment is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
2. Knowledge of fraud screening and payment processing solutions.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
5. Motivated to continuously improve performance.
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team setting.
7. Excellent soft skills.

Minimum of 1-2 years in fraud analysis, preferably within a client-centric call center environment.
