1. Assist in the creation, development, and launch of new fragrance products in collaboration with the Product Manager and various internal teams such as industrial, retail, and communication, as well as external partners like designers and execution agencies.
2. Participate in the organization of showrooms and presentation meetings.
3. Conduct ad hoc studies and update competitive analysis, including market positioning and pricing strategies.
4. Contribute to the development of sales support tools for the retail network.
5. Monitor sales performance analyses of product lines.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Strong product sensitivity and interest in fragrance and the luxury sector.

1. Creativity and curiosity with the ability to capture current trends.
2. Attention to detail, pragmatism, autonomy, and responsiveness.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
4. Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
