1. Assist in the creation, development, and launch of new fragrance products in collaboration with Product Managers and various internal departments such as industrial, retail, and communication teams, as well as external partners like designers and execution agencies.
2. Participate in the organization of showrooms and presentation meetings.
3. Conduct ad hoc studies and update competitive analysis, including market positioning and pricing strategies.
4. Contribute to the development of sales support tools for the retail network.
5. Monitor sales performance analyses for product lines.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or equivalent university program.
2. Strong product sensitivity and interest in the luxury fragrance sector.

1. Creativity, curiosity, and ability to capture current trends.
2. Attention to detail, pragmatism, autonomy, and responsiveness.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
4. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Beginner

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
