Louis Vuitton FP&A Senior Manager

- Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial plans with strategic company goals and lead the preparation of comprehensive reporting packages on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to challenge existing processes and drive performance improvements across functions.
- Coordinate with Legal and Procurement teams to evaluate key contract terms and their financial implications.
- Work closely with Accounting to mitigate risks, maintain audit readiness, and strengthen the internal control framework.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and networking to enhance FP&A effectiveness on a global scale.
- Oversee budget preparation and monthly financial closings.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus on Managerial Accounting preferred; manufacturing and costing background highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- High integrity and strong value system.
- Proven ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo to enhance performance.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to develop and implement statistical analyses and action plans to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently, multi-task, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel (Macro and Visual Basic).
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those with a background in the manufacturing industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with a focus on Managerial Accounting.
The appointed candidate will receive a salary ranging from USD $150,000 to $195,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
