The Institut des Métiers d’Excellence LVMH (IME LVMH), established in 2014, is a vocational training program dedicated to preserving and transmitting the group's artisanal, creative, and sales expertise to new generations. This is achieved through dual training programs conducted in collaboration with partner institutions and the Maisons of the LVMH group.

1. Acquire technical and professional skills related to high-quality footwear production through integrated training with Politecnico Calzaturiero and LVMH partner Maisons.
2. Engage in theoretical and practical training within LVMH Maisons.
3. Develop expertise in high-quality footwear production by working closely with preparation, assembly, and packaging operations.

1. Italian citizenship, EU citizenship, or non-EU citizenship with a residence permit.
2. Residency or domicile in the Veneto region.
3. Aged between 18 and 29 years.
4. Not enrolled in any educational or training courses.
5. Unemployed or not currently employed.
6. Completion of compulsory education.
7. Participation in the Youth Guarantee program and a Service Agreement in Veneto.

2. Attention to detail and manual sensitivity.

No prior experience required.

Reimbursement of expenses during the internship period.

The course is free of charge, fully funded by the Veneto Region.
