Louis Vuitton Footwear Procurement Buyer

- Negotiate contractual terms including purchase costs, delivery schedules, lead times, capacity, availability, and investments.
- Select new suppliers with a focus on risk management, assessing their capacity, reliability, quality, and growth potential.
- Evaluate suppliers based on conditions, production characteristics, quality, organization, confidentiality, and innovation capability.
- Ensure suppliers comply with Corporate Social Responsibility, ethical codes, group purchasing conditions, and technical specifications.
- Prepare framework agreements or seasonal raw commitments based on forecasts, maintaining updates, and verifying delivery times and order fulfillment.
- Plan macro-level purchases ensuring order issuance aligns with business needs, available budget, and product pricing policies set by marketing.
- Support quality control, industrial developers, and procurement staff to prevent delivery delays, intervening directly in critical situations.
- Degree in Economics or Law
- Over 5 years of experience in footwear procurement
- Excellent technical knowledge of processes such as HF, screen printing, embroidery, and materials used in footwear production
- Proactivity, decision-making autonomy, and responsiveness
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency in major IT tools and applications
- Good command of French and/or English
A minimum of 3 years in a procurement role within the footwear industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Law
