1. Negotiate contractual terms including purchase costs, delivery timelines, lead times, capacity, availability, and investments.
2. Select new suppliers with a focus on risk management, evaluating their capacity, reliability, quality, and growth potential.
3. Assess suppliers based on production characteristics, quality, organization, confidentiality, and innovation capabilities.
4. Ensure suppliers adhere to Corporate Social Responsibility, the ethical code, group purchasing conditions, and technical specifications.
5. Prepare framework agreements or seasonal raw commitments based on forecasts, maintaining updates and verifying delivery schedules.
6. Plan macro-level purchasing to align with business needs, budget constraints, and marketing's pricing policies for finished products.
7. Support quality control, industrial developers, and procurement staff to prevent delivery delays and intervene in critical situations.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or Law

1. Excellent negotiation skills
2. Proactivity and decision-making autonomy
3. Strong technical knowledge of footwear processes (HF, screen printing, embroidery) and materials
4. Proficiency in major software and IT applications
5. Fluency in French and/or English
6. Willingness to travel

A minimum of 5 years of experience in footwear purchasing is required.
