1. Lead and manage the Financial Projects team within the Supply Chain Finance Department.
2. Oversee team activities, monitor performance, and organize team structure.
3. Set objectives and develop a team of project managers.
4. Coordinate financial aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with Finance/Compliance/IT standards.
5. Validate technical solutions to meet the needs of the Finance and Supply Chain departments.
6. Participate in testing and deployment of solutions, ensuring adherence to new procedures and internal controls.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain communication with Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain communities.
8. Facilitate SAP Logistics & Supply Chain discussions and update training documentation.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Experience in a challenging industrial, logistics, and supply chain environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and SAP.
2. Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within an industrial, logistics, and supply chain environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
