1. Manage monthly reporting databases, investment schedules, and accounting files.
2. Participate in the construction and revision of annual budgets.
3. Oversee amortization and CAPEX cash flow impacts, ensuring monthly close analysis and budget control.
4. Conduct financial assessments for proposed store projects, evaluating profitability and ROI.
5. Develop financial models and forecasts to support project planning and decision-making.
6. Analyze financial risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies.
7. Assist in the creation of store project proposals and capital investment reviews.
8. Present financial findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
9. Communicate with headquarters regarding store projects and capital expenditures.
10. Ensure accuracy of financial statements and asset protection by collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
11. Prepare data for weekly reports, including KPIs and sales trends.
12. Evaluate cost efficiencies for projects.
13. Participate in ad hoc projects to support business needs.
14. Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions on store expansions and renovations.

1. 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational or financial services company.
2. Advanced Excel skills.
3. Experience with SAP and BI software (e.g., PowerBI, Qliksense, NEMO) is a plus.
4. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is advantageous.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational or financial services environment.

The salary range is USD $85,000 to $95,000.
