- Manage monthly reporting databases, investment schedules, and accounting files.
- Participate in the construction and revision of annual budgets.
- Oversee amortization and CAPEX cash flow impacts, ensuring monthly close analysis and budget control.
- Conduct financial assessments for proposed store projects, evaluating profitability and ROI.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support project planning and decision-making.
- Analyze financial risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the creation of store project proposals and capital investment reviews.
- Present financial findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Communicate with headquarters regarding store projects and capital expenditures.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements and asset protection by collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare data for weekly reports, including KPIs and sales trends.
- Evaluate cost efficiencies for projects.
- Participate in ad hoc projects to support business needs.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions on store expansions and renovations.
- 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational or financial services company.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP and BI software (e.g., PowerBI, Qliksense, NEMO) is a plus.
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to build effective relationships with diverse business partners.
- Detail-oriented with a systematic and logical approach to decision-making.
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within a multinational or financial services environment.
The salary range is USD $85,000 to $95,000.
