1. Produce financial closing elements and update and distribute monthly dashboards.
2. Ensure the production and analysis of performance indicators for the Ready-to-Wear segment, including revenue, margins, sell-through, and inventory.
3. Monitor operating expenses by nature and project.
4. Facilitate profitability levers with operational teams.
5. Implement appropriate tracking to aid in activity management and decision-making.
6. Participate in the budgeting process across the entire scope.
7. Lead cross-functional projects within the Financial Department to support the structuring and evolution towards 'Finance of Tomorrow.'

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent university degree.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.
2. Solid understanding of basic accounting standards.
3. Strong organizational skills aligned with financial process rhythms.
4. Curiosity and proactivity with a commitment to continuous improvement.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, ideally in an audit firm or within a financial control or management control department.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent university degree.
