Financial Controller - Ready-to-Wear

1. Produce financial closing elements and update monthly dashboards.
2. Ensure production and analysis of performance indicators for the Ready-to-Wear segment, including sales, margins, sell-through, and inventory.
3. Monitor operating expenses by nature and project.
4. Drive profitability levers with operational teams.
5. Implement tracking systems to aid in business management and decision-making.
6. Participate in the budgeting process across the entire scope.
7. Lead cross-functional projects within the Finance Department to support the evolution towards 'Finance of Tomorrow'.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/+5 (Business School or equivalent university).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, ideally in an audit firm or financial control department.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), SAP, and PowerBI.
2. Understanding of basic accounting standards.
3. Strong organizational skills aligned with financial processes.
4. Curiosity and proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, including internships, apprenticeships, or VIE.

Bachelor's degree +4/+5 (Business School or equivalent university).
