1. Support all planning activities and financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes.
2. Monitor and analyze fixed costs and capital expenditures (Capex).
3. Prepare periodic reports and conduct detailed financial analysis.
4. Collaborate with the accounting team during monthly closure activities.
5. Share information and provide support to business stakeholders.
6. Continuously seek system and process improvements.
7. Develop and enhance reporting mechanisms.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar financial role.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
4. Positive and proactive attitude.
5. Problem-solving skills with precision and attention to detail.
6. Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a financial controlling or similar position is required.
