Louis Vuitton Financial Controller

- Ensure robust internal control across the Mediterranean region, conducting regular operational reviews and implementing action plans.
- Continuously enhance regional procedures with a focus on compliance with local regulations and internal frameworks such as ERICA and Corporate Governance programs.
- Perform monthly key internal controls, including sensitive transactions, payments, and inventory management.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement within the business.
- Monitor operational expenses closely and provide detailed budget and cost follow-up to head office departments.
- Ensure a seamless purchasing process in alignment with Louis Vuitton standards and budgetary constraints.
- Support regional teams with financial planning and business analysis, including KPI tracking and financial operations oversight.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses and business reviews to regional management.
- Participate in budget preparation and revisions, coordinating with the Paris EMEA office.
- Prepare monthly financial closings and provide insightful analysis of the P&L against previous years and budget forecasts.
- Engage in month-end meetings with the EMEA Zone, presenting and analyzing financial results.
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business controller in a multinational company, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong background in internal control or audit, particularly within the Mediterranean region.
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on both external and internal customers.
- Autonomous and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, dynamic, and positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a multicultural regional context.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a hands-on approach.
- Awareness of the luxury and retail industry.
- Advanced analytical and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Syrus-Magnitude; Power-BI knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Turkish is a strong advantage.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
