Louis Vuitton Financial Controller Assistant

- Contribute to weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing net sales by store, clientele, and product.
- Monitor specific product launches and store-related projects.
- Conduct follow-up and analysis of key competitors.
- Support the preparation of Business Review presentations, KPI management, and performance analysis.
- Assist with monthly closing and budgeting processes.
- Monitor operational costs by head office department and by store.
- Create and manage purchase order flows for the Mediterranean retail network.
- Prepare and participate in store operational reviews; conduct monthly internal-control-related analyses.
- Support stakeholder training and familiarization with SAP and Concur.
- Monitor expense claims and follow up on supplier payments.
- Ensure a smooth purchasing process aligned with LV standards and budget requirements.
- Degree in Finance, Business School, or Business Administration.
- Eligibility for a 'contrato de prácticas' under Spanish labor law: University/Master’s degree completed within the last 3 years and no professional experience post-graduation (internships only).
- High levels of organization and rigor.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage priorities independently with strong organizational skills.
- Trust and integrity.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Finance department or similar role.
Degree in Finance, Business School, or Business Administration.
