- Lead and manage finance-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test plans and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Provide strategic project reporting to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business teams to implement innovative solutions and process improvements.
- Drive enhancements in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems, ensuring seamless functionality and proactive resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Oversee user access and maintenance for the Travel & Expense (T&E) system, ensuring governance and security.
- Provide strategic oversight and troubleshooting support for financial systems, in collaboration with LV_NEO (IS&T) teams.
- Ensure seamless integration and continuous optimization of financial tools and platforms with operational workflows.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations, project leadership, or a similar role within the retail industry.
- Proven experience in leading finance projects, including UAT execution and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range of USD $125,000-135,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
