1. Lead and manage finance-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Develop and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test plans and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
3. Provide strategic project reporting to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
4. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business teams to implement innovative solutions and process improvements.
5. Drive enhancements in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) systems, ensuring seamless functionality and proactive resolution of operational issues.
6. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, recommending improvements as necessary.
7. Oversee user access and maintenance for the Travel & Expense (T&E) system, ensuring governance and security.
8. Provide strategic oversight and troubleshooting support for financial systems, in collaboration with LV_NEO (IS&T) teams.
9. Ensure seamless integration and continuous optimization of financial tools and platforms with operational workflows.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance operations, project leadership, or a similar role within the retail industry.
2. Proven experience in leading finance projects, including UAT execution and stakeholder management.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and derive actionable insights.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range of USD $125,000-135,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
