Louis Vuitton Finance Manager

- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting across stores.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in accordance with local Korean statutory principles and Group reporting standards.
- Report financial statements, treasury, and capital expenditures using Group software.
- Review and validate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow, payment cycles, and intercompany transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate stock valuation and collaborate with Supply Chain on shrinkage and stock adjustments.
- Act as a business partner for stakeholders, providing training and knowledge transfer on accounting principles and internal control standards.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes with accounting insights.
- Lead the relationship with external auditors, schedule interventions, and prepare documentation and audit reports.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, including VAT, corporate tax, and customs reporting.
- Lead tax filing processes with external tax consultants and headquarters tax director.
- Strengthen internal controls over daily store reconciliations and inventory.
- Participate and lead the accounting side in new company projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- CPA, AICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus
- Strong leadership of accounting team
- Business-oriented, problem-solving mindset
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Native Korean and fluent in English
Minimum 15 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within luxury retail or FMCG industry.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
