Louis Vuitton Finance Manager

1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting across stores.
2. Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in accordance with local Korean statutory principles and Group reporting standards.
3. Report financial statements, treasury, and capital expenditures using Group software.
4. Review and validate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
5. Manage cash flow, payment cycles, and intercompany transactions with precision and efficiency.
6. Maintain accurate stock valuation and collaborate with Supply Chain on shrinkage and stock adjustments.
7. Act as a business partner for stakeholders, providing training and knowledge transfer on accounting principles and internal control standards.
8. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes with accounting insights.
9. Lead the relationship with external auditors, schedule interventions, and prepare documentation and audit reports.
10. Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, including VAT, corporate tax, and customs reporting.
11. Lead tax filing processes with external tax consultants and headquarters tax director.
12. Strengthen internal controls over daily store reconciliations and inventory.
13. Participate and lead the accounting side in new company projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2. CPA, AICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus

3. Strong technical accounting knowledge
4. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
5. Native Korean and fluent in English

Minimum 15 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within luxury retail or FMCG industry.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
