- Monitor the budgetary allocations of the industrial sites at Charmes sur L’Herbasse and Marsaz, ensuring accurate analytical allocation of expenditures.
- Collaborate with various departments to track budget adherence and facilitate cost reduction initiatives.
- Present monthly financial updates to the management team during Finance Committee and performance reviews.
- Prepare monthly financial closures, including provisions, expense reclassifications, and billing entries.
- Conduct qualitative analyses of general expenses and site hourly rates.
- Record fixed assets in SAP and oversee inventory management of machinery.
- Manage administrative tasks such as service contracts, supplier creation, and invoice tracking to ensure timely payments.
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on finance or management.
- Previous experience in industrial financial control is advantageous.
- Proficient in financial control techniques and software tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and databases.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional relationships.
- Detail-oriented and autonomous with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Entry-level position suitable for candidates with initial experience in industrial financial control.
Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering program with a focus on finance or management.
