1. Conduct monthly financial closings and manage operating (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
2. Disseminate and maintain best practices across financial operations.
3. Monitor and facilitate budget and order management with operational and executive stakeholders.
4. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.
5. Participate in the budgeting process.
6. Track, control, and secure financial indicators, including non-finished product billing, material price variances, and finished product invoicing.
7. Monitor and enhance material performance indicators within the workshop, such as repair rates and loss ratios.
8. Prepare various internal reports for the workshop.
9. Manage an internal control topic and perform periodic cross-audits with team members.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI.
