- Oversee strategic and operational financial management of Gérald Genta and Daniel Roth brands.
- Lead the Hospitality team, managing reception, F&B offerings, and facilities.
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
- Experience as a Finance Director, preferably in an industrial sector.
- Knowledge of financial, fiscal, and banking relations between France and Switzerland.
- Mastery of financial tools and reporting systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and information synthesis capabilities.
- Pragmatic and empathetic leadership with assertive communication.
- Ability to drive change and engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic environment.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance roles, with a preference for those with experience as a Finance Director in an industrial sector.
Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management.
