10. Manage SST and real estate maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
11. Analyze business trends to anticipate market changes and adjust financial strategies.
12. Create a motivating work environment through ambitious goal setting and team development plans.
13. Oversee strategic and operational financial management of Gérald Genta and Daniel Roth brands.
14. Lead the Hospitality team, managing reception, F&B offerings, and facilities.

1. Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management.
2. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
3. Experience as a Finance Director, preferably in an industrial sector.
4. Knowledge of financial, fiscal, and banking relations between France and Switzerland.
