1. Support the Financial Controller in monitoring and managing activities related to the headquarters' real estate.
2. Utilize tools for activity tracking and budget construction processes, enhancing analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Oversee management expenses for the Real Estate subsidiary and related departments, in line with the agendas of the Real Estate, General Services, and Finance departments.
4. Contribute to monthly account closures and maintain associated reports.
5. Participate in the budget preparation for Real Estate and General Services departments.
6. Monitor investments for both departments.
7. Coordinate project reporting and assist operational teams in understanding progress reports.
8. Update rental indexation indices and collaborate on related reporting with the Real Estate Management team.
9. Manage and track purchasing flows for both departments.
10. Conduct ad-hoc analyses of indicators such as leases and energy consumption.
11. Develop privileged contacts with internal and external partners, including Central Management Control, Consolidation, Accounting, Project Managers, suppliers, and real estate managers.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university with a specialization in Finance/Management Control.

1. Proficiency in Excel and adeptness with information systems.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong understanding of accounting concepts (Opex/Capex).

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in finance, particularly in management control or financial control.

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
