1. Manage monthly closures and oversee operational (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
2. Disseminate and uphold best practices.
3. Monitor and facilitate budget and order management with relevant stakeholders, including operational teams and management.
4. Conduct monthly reporting and analysis.
5. Oversee the budgeting process.
6. Track, control, and secure financial indicators such as non-finished product recharges, material price variances, and finished product billing.
7. Monitor and facilitate performance indicators for workshop materials, including repairs and loss rates.
8. Prepare various internal reports for the workshop.
9. Take responsibility for an internal control subject and conduct periodic cross-audits with team members.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school or equivalent program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI is recommended.
2. Curiosity and agility.
3. Strong interpersonal skills.
4. Environmental awareness and commitment to contributing to the company's objectives.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
