1. Monitor budgetary allocations for the industrial sites at Charmes sur L’Herbasse and Marsaz, ensuring accurate analytical allocation of expenses.
2. Collaborate with various departments to adhere to budgetary constraints and facilitate cost reduction initiatives.
3. Present monthly financial updates to the management team during Finance Committee and performance review meetings.
4. Prepare monthly closures, including provisions, reclassification of expenses, and invoicing entries.
5. Conduct qualitative analyses of general expenses and site hourly rates.
6. Record fixed assets in SAP and manage inventory of machinery.
7. Oversee administrative tasks such as service contracts, vendor creation, and invoice status tracking to ensure timely payments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or a related financial/management field, preferably at a Master's level.

1. Proficiency in financial control techniques and IT tools, including Excel and ERP systems; familiarity with POWERBI is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
4. Detail-oriented and autonomous with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A foundational experience in industrial financial control is required.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
