1. Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, and inventory accounting across stores.
2. Ensure timely and accurate financial closings in accordance with local Korean statutory principles and Group reporting standards.
3. Prepare and report financial statements, treasury, and capex using Group software.
4. Review and validate journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
5. Manage cash flow, payment cycles, and intercompany transactions efficiently.
6. Maintain accurate stock valuation and collaborate with Supply Chain on shrinkage and stock adjustments.
7. Serve as a business partner for stakeholders, providing training and knowledge transfer on accounting principles and internal control standards.
8. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes with accounting insights.
9. Lead the relationship with external auditors, preparing documentation and audit reports.
10. Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax requirements, including VAT, corporate tax, and customs reporting.
11. Lead tax filing processes with external tax consultants and headquarters.
12. Strengthen internal controls over daily store reconciliations and inventory.
13. Participate in and lead accounting aspects of new company projects.

1. 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally within the luxury retail or FMCG industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
3. CPA, AICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
4. Strong leadership skills in managing accounting teams.
5. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
6. Native Korean and fluent in English.

Minimum of 5 years in accounting or finance, preferably within luxury retail or FMCG sectors.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
