- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify training needs and develop customized coaching plans.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, including new hire inductions, product knowledge, and clienteling best practices.
- Mentor team members to enhance individual growth and team cohesion.
- Ensure learning outcomes align with business goals through collaboration with Store Management.
- Provide real-time coaching on the sales floor to elevate client experience and performance.
- Monitor and ensure the successful completion of training programs with full compliance.
- Advise Store Managers with a fresh perspective and confident influence.
- Utilize Client Voice insights to address root causes of client dissatisfaction.
- Integrate product knowledge with selling skills to optimize KPI performance in partnership with Merchandising.
- Maintain visibility of training activities for Store Management and provide actionable recommendations.
- Identify potential training talent within the store for future development and mentoring roles.
- Oversee consistent onboarding and induction experiences, working closely with HR.
- Provide regular feedback to stakeholders across onboarding, induction, and ongoing development phases.
- Strong experience in coaching, performance management, and training delivery within a fast-paced retail or luxury environment.
- Advanced product knowledge with the ability to translate expertise into actionable learning moments.
- Proven capability in facilitation, change management, and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated team management skills with a focus on developing talent and promoting inclusion and wellbeing.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles and cultures.
