1. Lead a culture of in-store coaching, prioritizing Client Advisors based on their needs.
2. Engage in active listening and questioning to facilitate effective coaching.

4. Provide ongoing feedback to store managers and learning managers regarding team performance and progress.
5. Utilize Voice results to coach individuals and address root causes of dissatisfaction.
6. Ensure consistent onboarding for those in charge of category learning.
7. Provide feedback on onboarding progress to individuals, store managers, and learning managers.
8. Act as a platform for sharing best practices and experiences among stores regarding coaching initiatives.
9. Lead by example in adherence to company policies and procedures.
10. Uphold exemplary personal service and grooming standards as per Louis Vuitton guidelines.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury brand sales or in coaching/learning roles.
2. Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
