1. Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on client advisors according to their needs.
2. Conduct observations with active listening and questioning.
3. Provide individual coaching to help team members develop their own solutions.
4. Offer ongoing feedback to store and learning managers on team performance.
5. Use Voice results to coach individuals and support store improvements.
6. Facilitate consistent onboarding for newcomers in charge of category learning.
7. Share feedback on onboarding progress with individuals, store managers, and learning managers.
8. Act as a platform for sharing best practices among stores.
9. Lead by example in adherence to company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain exemplary personal service and grooming standards.

1. Experience in luxury brand sales (Senior to Manager level) or coaching/learning for at least 2 years.
2. Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to provide constructive feedback.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
