1. Lead a culture of in-store coaching, prioritizing Client Advisors according to their needs.
2. Conduct active listening and questioning to observe and assess team performance.
3. Provide individual coaching to help team members develop their own solutions for improvement.
4. Offer ongoing feedback to store managers and learning managers regarding team performance and progress.
5. Utilize Voice results to coach individuals and address root causes of dissatisfaction.
6. Facilitate consistent onboarding for newcomers in charge of category learning.
7. Provide feedback on onboarding progress to individuals, Store Managers, and Learning Managers.
8. Act as a platform for sharing experiences and best practices among stores regarding coaching initiatives.
9. Lead by example in adherence to company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain exemplary personal service and grooming standards in line with Louis Vuitton's expectations.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury brand sales or coaching/learning roles.
2. Proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
