8. Ensure store management has visibility on learning activities and make recommendations as necessary.
9. Identify and develop potential talents within the store for coaching roles.
10. Facilitate onboarding and learning sessions for new employees, coordinating with HR for proactive planning.
11. Maintain active shop floor presence to monitor training quality and impact, ensuring retention of training content.
12. Record all training initiatives and share best practices across stores.
