- Identify and develop potential talents within the store for coaching roles.
- Facilitate onboarding and learning sessions for new employees, coordinating with HR for proactive planning.
- Maintain active shop floor presence to monitor training quality and impact, ensuring retention of training content.
- Record all training initiatives and share best practices across stores.
