- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, prioritizing Client Advisors according to their needs.
- Engage in active listening and questioning to observe and assess team members.
- Provide individual coaching to help team members develop their own solutions for improvement.
- Offer ongoing feedback to store and learning managers regarding team performance and progress.
- Utilize Voice results to coach individuals and address root causes of dissatisfaction.
- Ensure consistent onboarding for new hires in charge of category learning.
- Provide feedback on onboarding progress to individuals, store managers, and learning managers.
- Act as a platform for sharing experiences and best practices among stores.
- Lead by example in adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain exemplary personal service and grooming standards in line with Louis Vuitton's expectations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury brand sales or coaching/learning roles.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English, equivalent to HSK Level 4 and OPIC/TOEIC Speaking IM3.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proficient in active listening and providing constructive feedback.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury brand sales at a senior or managerial level, or at least 2 years in coaching or learning roles.
