- Lead a culture of in-store coaching by observing client interactions and guiding team members to improve their performance.
- Deliver daily floor coaching focused on selling behaviors, storytelling, and service rituals aligned with the brand's heritage.
- Provide instant feedback to Client Advisors during live client interactions to reinforce best practices and leadership on the floor.
- Coach Store Managers and Team Managers on leadership presence, motivation, and client flow management.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and micro-sessions to embed key learning content and global programs with local context.
- Support stores during key commercial or experiential moments, ensuring coaching aligns with business priorities.
- Facilitate consistent onboarding of new employees in collaboration with HR and identify emerging top performers for ongoing coaching.
- Act as a liaison between stores and Retail Learning to ensure consistency and alignment with the regional roadmap.
- Track coaching sessions and behavioral shifts, collecting feedback to measure impact on client experience and business KPIs.
- Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in presentation skills and Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Active listening with curiosity and empathy.
- Ability to inspire and influence others through presence, empathy, and communication.
- Energetic facilitation skills, comfortable with leading on-the-floor and group learning sessions.
- Adaptability and passion for developing people through authentic, real-time coaching.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
