1. Lead in-store coaching to enhance client experience and improve team performance.
2. Deliver daily floor coaching focused on selling behaviors, storytelling, and service rituals.
3. Provide real-time feedback to Client Advisors and Team Managers during client interactions.
4. Facilitate interactive workshops and micro-sessions to reinforce key learning content.
5. Support stores during key commercial events and ensure coaching aligns with business priorities.
6. Facilitate onboarding of new employees and identify top performers for ongoing development.
7. Act as a liaison between stores and the Retail Learning team to ensure learning consistency.
8. Track coaching sessions and gather feedback to measure impact on client experience and business KPIs.

1. Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
2. Active listening, curiosity, and empathy.
3. Ability to inspire and influence others through effective communication.
4. Energetic facilitation skills for on-the-floor and group learning sessions.
5. Adaptability and passion for developing people through real-time coaching.

Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within luxury retail.
