2. Deliver daily floor coaching focused on selling behaviors and service rituals.
3. Provide instant feedback to Client Advisors during live interactions.
4. Coach Store Managers and Team Managers on floor leadership and client flow management.
5. Facilitate interactive workshops and micro-sessions to embed key learning content.
6. Support stores during key commercial or experiential events.
7. Ensure consistent onboarding of new employees in collaboration with HR.
8. Identify and coach emerging top performers to strengthen leadership and service impact.
9. Act as a liaison between stores and Retail Learning to ensure alignment with regional goals.
10. Track coaching sessions and measure impact on client experience and business KPIs.

1. Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in a luxury retail environment.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
2. Strong presentation skills.
3. Ability to inspire and influence through presence and communication.
4. Energetic and comfortable leading on-the-floor and group learning sessions.
5. Curious, adaptable, and passionate about developing people through coaching.

Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within luxury retail.
