- Lead a culture of in-store coaching by observing client interactions and guiding team members to develop their own solutions for improvement.
- Support store teams in creating individual coaching plans and enhance selling skills through 'coaching the coach' methodologies.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Management and HR regarding the performance and progress of individual team members.
- Utilize Client Experience Benchmark results to coach individuals and support stores in addressing areas of weakness.
- Drive key learning initiatives, such as 'Client Experience,' through active and sustained in-store coaching, fostering a culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to facilitate product training, develop selling skills, and optimize cross-selling through role play and on-the-floor coaching.
- Ensure store management has full visibility on learning activities and make recommendations as needed.
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store learning by partnering with store management, maintaining a shop floor presence, and ensuring retention of training content.
- Identify potential talent within the store for development and partnership in coaching others.
- Facilitate consistent onboarding of new employees in collaboration with HR.
- Liaise regularly with trainees, providing feedback on progress to individuals, their managers, and HR during onboarding and induction.
- Act as a platform for sharing experiences and best practices among stores regarding coaching initiatives and programs.
- Lead by example in personal service, adherence to company policies, and grooming standards.
- Previous experience as a Manager in a luxury retail environment is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Active listening, curiosity, and empathy.
- Autonomy and drive to work independently in a dynamic field.
- Influencing and motivational skills.
- Commercial mindset with proven learning and coaching aptitude.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
