- Lead a culture of in-store coaching by observing client interactions and guiding team members to improve.
- Support store teams in creating individual coaching plans and enhance selling skills through 'coaching the coach.'
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Management and HR regarding team performance and progress.
- Utilize Client Experience Benchmark results to coach individuals and improve store performance.
- Drive key learning initiatives such as 'Client Experience' through active in-store coaching.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to facilitate product training and enhance selling skills.
- Ensure store management is informed about learning activities and make recommendations as needed.
- Monitor the quality and impact of in-store learning and ensure retention of training content.
- Identify and develop potential talent within the store for coaching roles.
- Facilitate consistent onboarding of new employees in collaboration with HR.
- Maintain regular communication with trainees and provide feedback to them, their managers, and HR.
- Act as a platform for sharing best practices among stores on coaching initiatives.
- Lead by example in personal service, adherence to company policies, and grooming standards.
- Previous experience as a Manager in a luxury retail environment.
- Active listening, curiosity, and empathy.
- Autonomy and drive to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Influencing and motivating abilities.
- Commercial mindset with proven learning and coaching aptitude.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in a Nordic language is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
