- Translate and execute corporate training strategy throughout Central Europe, in partnership with Store Managers.
- Travel frequently to Bucharest to define and implement training roll-out plans.
- Conduct in-store coaching and training sessions, focusing on selling skills and product knowledge.
- Support Store Managers in developing individual coaching plans based on team gap analysis.
- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, prioritizing Client Advisors' development.
- Collaborate with HR and Store Managers to track performance and progress.
- Utilize Voice results to coach individuals and address dissatisfaction root causes.
- Drive key training initiatives, such as 'Client Experience', through sustained in-store coaching.
- Work with Merchandising to deliver product training and enhance cross-selling skills.
- Ensure consistent on-boarding for new employees and liaise with HR for planning.
- Provide feedback on trainee progress to individuals, Managers, and HR.
- Maintain accurate training records and oversee in-store LMS.
- Identify and nurture potential training talent within the store.
- Share best practices and lead by example in coaching initiatives.
- University graduate
- 5+ years of retail/customer service experience with a focus on client interaction
- Experience in training animation is a plus
- Proven coaching skills
- Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken)
- Effective communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Results-oriented and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive with good team spirit
- Passion for fashion, art, and luxury retail
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Proficient in computer applications
A minimum of 5 years in retail or customer service with a strong emphasis on client interaction and floor presence.
University graduate
