- Collaborate with the Merchandising team to optimize cross-selling and KPI performance.
- Ensure Store Management has full visibility on training activities and make recommendations as needed.
- Monitor the quality and impact of in-store training and ensure retention of training contents.
- Identify potential training talent within the store for coaching and mentoring.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and ensure consistent onboarding processes.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing feedback during onboarding and ongoing.
- Experience in a management role within a retail specialty or store environment.
- Ability to build and develop relationships across all stakeholder levels.
- Capacity to energize, motivate teams, and drive performance.
- Exceptional communication skills with empathy and the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to deal with ambiguity and change.
Minimum of 3 years in a management role within a retail specialty or store environment.
