2. Lead a culture of in-store coaching tailored to individual needs.
3. Support retail management in crafting personalized coaching and development plans.

5. Provide ongoing feedback to key stakeholders regarding store progress and priorities.
6. Identify skills gaps and adapt training to address priority areas.
7. Ensure consistent feedback and guidance for managers, enhancing their people management skills.
8. Support managers in developing their learning roadmaps and integrating key initiatives.
9. Develop and facilitate core training modules, including induction, onboarding, clienteling workshops, and retail excellence training.
10. Maintain an active store floor presence to observe, guide, and provide feedback.
11. Identify potential training talent within store teams to support coaching efforts.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
