Louis Vuitton Field Coach and Trainer

- Lead a culture of in-store coaching, focusing on Client Advisors, and support Store Managers in developing individual coaching plans.
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR regarding team member performance and progress.
- Utilize Voice results to coach individuals and address root causes of dissatisfaction.
- Drive key training initiatives such as 'Client Experience' through sustained in-store coaching.
- Facilitate product training in collaboration with the Merchandising team, enhancing cross-selling through role play and on-the-floor coaching.
- Ensure Store Management is informed about training activities and make recommendations as needed.
- Monitor the quality and impact of in-store training, ensuring retention of training content.
- Identify and develop potential training talent within the store.
- Manage the in-store Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure Store Management proficiency in its use.
- Ensure consistent onboarding for new employees and liaise with HR for proactive planning.
- Act as a platform for sharing best practices among stores and lead by example in company policies and strategy.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience at Team Manager level or previous team management and retail experience.
- High credibility in building relationships with clients.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems.
- Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable feedback.
- Capability to facilitate training sessions and engage participants effectively.
A minimum of 10 years in a related field, ideally with experience in team management and retail.
