1. Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience at all points of interaction.
2. Develop store selling associates by supporting their top Very Important Clients (VICs) experiences, including zone events, re-sees, and personalized hosting.
3. Collaborate with store leaders, the Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on Ready-to-Wear client retention and development strategies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

2. Ability to influence key internal business partners and high-profile clients.
3. Proficiency in bespoke styling and building long-term client relationships.
4. Knowledge of brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with regional directors and lead stylists.
6. Innovative mindset with thorough knowledge of industry developments.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Salary range of USD $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
