- Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience.
- Develop store selling associates by supporting them during top VICs client experiences, including zone events and personalized hosting.
- Collaborate with store leaders, regional merchandising director, and regional client relations & development teams on client retention and development strategies.
- Leverage influence with key internal business partners and high-profile clients to fulfill commercial opportunities through bespoke styling.
- Seek opportunities to increase the knowledge of retail teams and leaders in Ready-to-Wear, including brand history and new product launches.
- Collaborate with the regional merchandising director/lead stylist on collection trainings and new launch communication.
- Nurture a thorough knowledge of competition through competitor store visits and remain informed of industry developments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Client-centric approach with a focus on excellence.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Ready-to-Wear fashion and luxury market trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
Salary range of USD $100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
