1. Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Develop store selling associates by supporting top VIP client experiences, including zone events and personalized hosting.
3. Collaborate with store leaders, regional merchandising director, and client relations teams on client retention and development strategies.

1. Proven track record in luxury fashion styling, particularly in Ready-to-Wear.
2. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in the luxury market.

3. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion styling, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.

Annual salary ranging from USD $115,000 to $130,000, plus bonus opportunities.
