- Lead the comprehensive styling strategy within the store, city, and region.
- Provide exemplary on-site styling advice to facilitate cross-selling across all product categories.

- Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure optimal presentation of styling approaches in-store.
- Support and train the sales team in partnership with Retail Learning and Merchandising teams, focusing on styling and collection knowledge.
- Conduct regular styling workshops to enhance the mix-and-match skills of the store community.
- Contribute to the integration of new Sales Advisors with foundational styling training.
- Enhance the fashion customer experience by collaborating with Store/Universe Directors and Client Managers on collection launches and fashion activations.
- Develop in-store animation routines and participate in key local, regional, and EMEA events.
- Proven expertise in styling and mix-and-match techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and styling within a women's ready-to-wear brand.
- In-depth product knowledge with advanced understanding of cuts, fits, fabrications, silhouettes, and market codes.
- Avant-garde mindset with strong trend sensitivity and forecasting ability.
- Commercial and customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly understand clients' lifestyle, tastes, and fashion needs.
- Impeccable communication, verbal expression, and storytelling skills.
- Team spirit with emotional intelligence to integrate seamlessly into sales team interactions.
Minimum of 5 years in sales and styling within a women's ready-to-wear brand.
