1. Drive regional sales targets and enhance Ready-to-Wear penetration goals while ensuring an elevated client experience.
2. Develop store selling associates and support client experiences, including zone events and personalized hosting, to exceed client expectations.
3. Collaborate with store leaders, Regional Merchandising Director, and Regional Client Relations & Development teams on client retention and development strategies.
4. Influence key internal business partners and high-profile clients through bespoke styling, building relationships, recruiting new clientele, and fostering loyalty.
5. Enhance the knowledge of retail teams and leaders in Ready-to-Wear, including brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
6. Collaborate on collection training and new launch communication, preparing tools and materials for styling.
7. Maintain industry awareness and leverage luxury expertise to inspire creative selling strategies and client engagement.
8. Seek opportunities to expand the store's network of Ready-to-Wear clients and identify best practices from the luxury industry.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or independent styling.
2. Proven track record of success in developing authentic and lasting client relationships.
