1. Lead and develop the store team to drive business and uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise.

3. Collaborate with the Management team to strategically develop selling associates through quality training and coaching.
4. Utilize business performance data to inform leadership and operational discussions, focusing on appointment schedules.
5. Conduct ongoing performance analysis of RTW selling associates using KPIs and behavioral assessments.
6. Promote client-centric excellence by enhancing the knowledge of Retail Teams regarding brand history, competitors, and new product launches.
7. Perform market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and positioning strategies for the RTW business, briefing leadership on key insights.

1. Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or independent styling.
2. Proven track record of success in developing authentic and lasting client relationships.
3. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
